What you will do

• Design and rapidly iterate on MMO narrative content.
• Collaborate with writing teams and project leads to create holistic game experiences.
• Establish high-level principles and best practices for future narrative design work.
• Work with engine and tools engineering to refine narrative development tools.
• Lead small cross-disciplinary teams to build environments that facilitate core gameplay.
• Provide multiple potential design solutions and articulate their trade-offs and risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional Narrative Design.
• Experience delivering narrative experiences that combine great gameplay and storytelling.
• Demonstrated proficiency at content scripting in an established game engine.
• Experience developing template/model content for junior staff.
• Shipped or worked on at least one AAA+ game.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a live product.
• Experience with narrative design for MMOs.
• Writing experience on game projects.
• Significant proficiency (3+ years experience) with Unreal Engine.
