Salary: $110,000–$175,000 USD (base salary + equity + comprehensive benefits + potential discretionary performance bonuses)

What you will do

• Design and create endless, delightful game content, including characters, abilities, puzzles, and bosses.
• Implement your designs directly in-engine using Godot, acting as a generalist designer-implementer.
• Tune and balance content for maximum player enjoyment.
• Create mock-ups and documentation to clearly express ideas and inspire the team.
• Collaborate with a world-class IP partner to create authentic and delightful experiences.

Requirements

• Generalist designer capable of making dreams reality, whether designing UX flows, pulling assets, perfecting tooltips, or writing code.
• Ability to quickly learn and wield new technology, such as the Godot engine.
• Understanding how content and meta loops intertwine to provide players with compelling goals, like in a Hero Collector game.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and employment outside the U.S. is not supported.
