What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Establish and lead enterprise architecture governance, ensuring consistent architectural decision-making.
• Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable technology architectures.
• Oversee architecture across business, process, application, integration, data, analytics, AI, cloud, infrastructure, platform, security, and resilience domains.
• Drive simplification and modernization of the application and technology portfolio, reducing technical debt.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or senior IT leadership roles.
• 7+ years leading enterprise-scale architecture teams in complex, multi-business or global organizations.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modern architectural practices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data and analytics ecosystems, integration patterns, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
