Salary: $179,000–$211,000

What you will do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable business and team to scale.
• Evolve hirify.global's frontend build system (bundlers, static analysis, caching, package management, monorepo tooling).
• Develop and scale the frontend testing strategy (unit, integration, visual regression, E2E).
• Maintain and evolve GraphQL tooling, including code patterns, developer tooling, scalability, and reliability.
• Improve web performance and observability by setting SLOs, implementing monitoring/alerting, and driving remediation.
• Plan and run modernization and migration initiatives using codemods and AI/LLM tooling.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining software services and infrastructure platforms.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of writing and testing performant web client code.
• Experience scaling platform systems.
• Experience writing codemods and migration automations.
• Empathy for the developer experience (DX) and a strong product sense for developer tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and operating monorepo build systems at scale (e.g., Bazel, nx, turbo).
• Experience contributing to native build tooling in Rust or Go.
• Deep understanding of GraphQL tooling and infrastructure.
