Senior Practice Lead (Fintech): Leading and owning the delivery of high-impact Treasury Management transformation and implementation programs for enterprise clients in APJ, with an accent on solution design, governance, and commercial performance. Focus on facilitating senior stakeholder alignment, managing multi-party dependencies, and ensuring value realization for complex, multi-entity engagements.

Location: Onsite in Tokyo, Japan with regional APAC exposure.

What you will do

• Lead discovery, diagnose client treasury models, and translate them into structured roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and present end-to-end treasury solutions with executive-ready storytelling in Japanese and English.
• Own delivery for domestic Japan and regional APAC programs, managing scope, planning, risks, and governance.
• Oversee projects subcontracted to partners, defining delivery approach, quality gates, and accountability.
• Shape and support sales cycles by defining delivery models, resourcing, risks, and commercials.
• Lead and mentor consulting resources, establishing delivery standards and best practices for Japan/APAC.

Requirements

• Japanese (native/fluent) and English (native/fluent) for leading workshops and executive discussions.
• Domestic Japan experience delivering treasury or finance transformation/implementation projects.
• Regional APAC exposure for multi-market programs and stakeholders.
• Consulting background strongly preferred (management consulting / Big 4 / System Integrator / specialist treasury consulting).
• Direct treasury management experience, including core treasury processes and controls.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and manage C-level/VP-level governance.
• Experience managing third parties/partners and subcontracted delivery with accountability for outcomes and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank connectivity models.
• Experience with change management and adoption for finance/treasury operating model changes.
• Experience delivering multi-entity or multi-country rollouts in APAC.
