What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, writing efficient and maintainable code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable software solutions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Optimize application performance and create technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years of IT solutions development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ReactJS is required.
• Essential experience with GenAI application development including vector stores, RAG solutions, context engineering, prompt engineering, and observability.
• Understanding of fullstack development and architecture patterns, including RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and database design (SQL/NoSQL like Redis, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum/SAFE practices, version control (Git), and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI development and Java Spring Framework.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and exposure to AI/ML techniques.
