What you will do

• Design and build core platform services for scalable AI model training and evaluation.
• Standardize containerized workflows and advocate for best practices in security and cost efficiency.
• Implement end-to-end observability and operations through metrics, tracing, logging, and automated alerts.
• Architect and operate services on Azure cloud platforms, managing infrastructure-as-code.
• Enhance developer experience by creating tools and portals that simplify job submission and experiment management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data, model, and product teams to align infrastructure roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in distributed systems, networking, and building large-scale distributed applications on cloud platforms.
• Understanding of training and evaluating large language models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and the Linux container ecosystem.
• Experience with data and compute pipelines using tools like Airflow or Argo.
