What you will do

• Lead and expand the Professional Services team to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EDI and AI/ML implementation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align delivery strategies with business goals.
• Develop and refine delivery methodologies, best practices, and key performance indicators.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Professional Services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive expertise in EDI standards, protocols, and integration frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree.
• Familiarity with industry-specific EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and HL7.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
