What you will do

• Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions.
• Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues.
• Help document observability setups and best practices.
• Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn and apply observability best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to have

• Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Undertanding of development tools.
