What you will do

• Support resource management by collecting and validating data for calculations and trend analysis.
• Assist in preparing and executing performance reviews and analyzing performance metrics.
• Create and visualize performance, trending, gap analysis, and ad-hoc reports using BI solutions.
• Analyze data related to performance indicators to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process specialists in documenting and maintaining business engineering process standards.
• Participate in improvement projects by providing analytical support and business case calculations.
• Support lean experts in combining data analytics with continuous improvement tools like VSM and A3/4C.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Professional knowledge of operations, data analytics, and business management.
• Ability to master coding.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL (basic to intermediate) and Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
• Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboard and report creation.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of ETL concepts.
• Understanding of databases and data structures.
• Familiarity with cloud or enterprise tools.
• Basic IT troubleshooting mindset.
• Knowledge of APIs and basic data integration.
• Understanding of basic machine-learning concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
