Marketing Manager Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: Leading the overall strategy for brand partnerships and sponsorships to build a strong, culturally connected brand in Mexico with an accent on identifying high-impact partners, developing win-win frameworks, and launching integrated marketing campaigns. Focus on strategic vision setting, complex partnership negotiation, and driving synergy across internal teams for market execution.

Location: Hybrid (Mexico City). Starting July 2026, requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office.

What you will do

  • Set the strategic vision and long-term objectives for Brand Partnerships, defining priority territories and their role in brand and business outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact partners, leveraging data to evaluate cultural relevance and audience overlap in Mexico.
  • Lead the relationship with strategic partners, cultivating long-term alliances, and negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • Architect, develop, and launch marketing campaigns with partners, giving end-to-end follow-up on assets and experiences.
  • Drive synergy across Creative, Media, Analytics, Research, Product, and BizDev teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in partnership or marketing strategy.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience structuring and closing complex partnerships.
  • Proficient in brand strategy and brand building.
  • Ability to define strategy, make trade-offs, prioritize, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
