What you will do

• Build, maintain, and update shared UI components for consistency and quality.
• Lead and advise on UI/UX best practices and standards within hirify.global.
• Educate engineers on UX, industry standards, and Design System implementation.
• Support product teams by building new shared patterns and updating guidance.
• Drive technical direction and make key technical decisions for the design system.
• Mentor junior teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of industry experience with deep expertise in frontend engineering, design systems, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives independently.
• Extensive experience building shared UI components and developer tooling.
• Mastery in system design and software architecture, with an emphasis on user experience and accessibility standards.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, component architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership through mentoring teammates, driving technical decisions, and influencing engineering standards.
• English: B2 required for effective communication and collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work remotely in the US.
