What you will do

• Analyse and resolve advanced legal issues within the realm of privacy, AI and data protection, translating regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for the business.
• Build and continuously refine a comprehensive legal framework, policies, and structures that anticipate regulatory change and support business growth.
• Strengthen compliance maturity across the organization by leading knowledge sharing and acting as a trusted advisor in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, with a European law degree.
• You have demonstrated experience with key EU regulations, including the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and the AI Act, and possess the level of experience required to operate independently.
• You bring an understanding of and interest in technology related to data protection and digital law.
• You have the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, business-oriented guidance.
• You are fluent in English, with the ability to effectively perform your work entirely in English.
