What you will do

• Enhance and scale matching and risk engines to maintain industry-leading performance across all products.
• Architect internal accounting systems and robust risk management frameworks.
• Implement optimistic proof generation for efficient batch settlement of trades.
• Propose and build new features and products that complement the unified liquidity suite.
• Conduct rigorous peer reviews and maintain high standards for system reliability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a highly technical trading infrastructure or engineering role.
• Direct experience building a centralized exchange (CEX) is strongly preferred.
• Deep proficiency in Rust.
• Profound understanding of low-level architecture.
• Proven expertise in building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems that remain resilient under market volatility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of hardware optimization.
