Location: Hybrid role requiring staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time. Offices are in San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, and Washington, DC.

Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 USD (Annual)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers in building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create and deliver compelling technical content tailored for engineering, development, and executive audiences.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and integrate Claude effectively into existing technology stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience working with US federal agencies.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager).
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate customer requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
