What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create and refine UX content for Safety products and features.
• Improve product clarity, usability, and engagement for players, parents, and creators through UX writing.
• Contribute to building and maintaining content guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and style.
• Drive team collaboration, culture, and process, working with Research and product design.
• Advocate for the importance of Content Design within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX content, microcopy, and style guides.
• Experience providing content strategy for sensitive user experiences with cross-functional review.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting work to stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, United States, for a hybrid work model.
