Salary: $144,500 - $170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and evolve core People Systems, primarily Workday, across functional and technical domains.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, driving configuration, integrations, and solution design.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of full-time employees and contractors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations across the People technology stack, focusing on EIB and Workday Studio.
• Support international growth and M&A by enabling scalable People systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineering to explore and shape AI-driven capabilities in HR systems.
• Establish and contribute to a long-term People Systems roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive People Systems or HRIS experience, including 2+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong technical depth, including Core HCM.
• Proven experience building and supporting Workday integrations, with EIB experience required.
• Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
