What you will do

• Identify and execute high-potential opportunities to accelerate hirify.global’s delivery cadence using AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to harness AI in new ways across disciplines and verticals.
• Make codebases, systems, and knowledge stores legible to AI.
• Help the company optimize the balance between quality and velocity with AI tools and agents.
• Keep abreast of new AI tools/models and effectively use them, setting an example for the company.
• Work with engineering leadership to instill an AI-forward culture.

Requirements

• 3 to 15+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform engineering or developer acceleration.
• Daily use of AI models/tools.
• Proficiency with Python and desire to learn Rust, TypeScript, and Go.
• Strong understanding of the work of technical staff across disciplines and enthusiasm to learn about business and operations teams.
• Broad working knowledge of the stacks used by AI product & applied research companies.
• An obsession with improving the legibility of software and human-orchestrated processes.
• Experience navigating exploration-exploitation tradeoffs.
