What you will do

• Execute and embed regional PeopleOps standards for hiring, onboarding, training, and early retention.
• Consolidate data on hiring, turnover, training completion, and compensation for visibility and governance.
• Support the 90-day evaluation process for new hires and track non-performance cases.
• Support quarterly agency reviews, assessing delivery against hiring quality, turnover, and compliance KPIs.
• Develop onboarding and refresher training content aligned with regional standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in HR operations, People Analytics, or Workforce Management.
• Experience in process design and implementation.
• Analytical thinking and KPI-driven execution.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse markets.
• Excel/Sheets proficiency and comfort with data dashboards.
• Fluent English; one additional regional language preferred.
