What you will do

• Collect and prepare high-quality animation datasets for prototyping and feature development.
• Develop tools and pipelines to automate animation data preparation.
• Support the R&D team with integrating animation models into the game environment.
• Provide technical and animation-related feedback to achieve AAA animation fidelity.
• Assist with internal animation tool production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of animation experience with a technical focus.
• Proficient knowledge of Maya, Motion Builder, or equivalent 3D animation software.
• Strong understanding of fundamental animation principles with an emphasis on weight and timing.
• Experience in motion capture data processing and cleaning.
• Experience with rigging and character setup.
• Familiarity with game engine integration (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for pipeline development and data manipulation.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data handling.
• At least one AAA title shipped.
