What you will do

• Understand client business objectives and clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with brands and agencies through consultative selling.
• Seek out and respond to RFPs and RFIs with business plans and commercial opportunities.
• Build and package innovative custom solutions aligned with company strengths.
• Be accountable for accurate forecasting and maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline.
• Liaison with Ad Operations and Account Management to ensure client success and prioritize account retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a track record in programmatic and/or managed service deals.
• Must be located in the Vancouver area and possess an established network of decision-makers.
• Experience in breaking new business and growing existing accounts.
• Eagerness to work in a startup team environment and partner well across departments.
• Stellar presentation skills and comfortable with executive-level interaction.
