What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of engineers, providing resources, mentorship, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive scalable rendering solutions.
  • Champion the implementation of best observability practices and tools for system health and performance visibility.
  • Define and track engineering success metrics to ensure alignment with company vision.
  • Drive technical hiring efforts, attracting and retaining top-tier engineers.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture promoting collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Collaboration skills to build tight-knit relationships.
  • Empathy, integrity, and the capacity to maintain a healthy team environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering complex projects within deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
