What you will do

• Build and structure Google Search campaigns based on predefined strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, budget pacing).
• Process Zendesk tickets related to campaign changes and optimizations.
• Update campaign data and statuses in internal CRM systems.
• Support basic tracking tasks and Google Tag Manager implementations.
• Communicate effectively with Austrian campaign and client management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, IT/Technical, Journalism, Advertising, English, Literature, Marketing, Business, Creative Writing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) experience.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, keywords, ads, and extensions.
• Familiarity with key SEA performance metrics and data-driven optimization.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and CRMs.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of tracking concepts (Google Tag Manager is a plus).
