What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams on architecture, debugging reliability/scalability, monitoring, and ensuring enterprise-grade SLAs.
• Develop internal platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Chef, Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Create deployment pipelines for multi-language applications using Docker, Kubernetes.
• Provide centralized tooling, services, and automation frameworks for scaling operations and improving workflows.
• Manage incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and implement system improvements based on retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong understanding of systems, including interfaces, boundaries, and failure modes.
• Ability to collaborate across global remote teams and document work.
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix Shell.
• Strong programming skills, with Ruby and/or Go preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, or similar data technologies.
