What you will do

• Collaborate with the Game Director to establish and develop the core narrative vision and story.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the writing team and narrative designers.
• Translate the game’s story into detailed narrative briefs for various disciplines like designers and artists.
• Ensure all narrative content aligns with the project’s creative vision and franchise pillars.
• Lead casting efforts and direct voice-over (VO) and performance capture sessions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of narrative and cinematic tools.

Requirements

• At least two shipped titles as a Narrative Director, Lead Writer, or Lead Narrative Designer.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in game development with proven expertise in story development.
• Strong dialogue writing abilities and experience with narrative content tools and pipelines.
• Robust leadership experience managing and inspiring a team of writers and narrative designers.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple locations.
• Hands-on experience working with actors and directing motion capture/VO sessions.

Nice to have

• Passion for crafting provocative, mature drama.
• Experience working with established intellectual properties (IP).
