Software engineers based in Stockholm may work one day a week or every two weeks from the office.

What you will do
- Own the frontend technical vision and architecture across web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
- Set and enforce engineering standards for quality, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Lead critical technical decisions and guide long-term evolution of the frontend stack.
- Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Hardware to deliver complex, user-facing features.
- Mentor senior engineers and shape frontend culture, hiring, and progression.
- Ensure frontend systems scale with product growth and organizational complexity.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams building large-scale user-facing products.
- Strong full-stack background with deep expertise in modern frontend architectures.
- Strong experience either hands-on or leading multiple teams across web, mobile (native or cross-platform), and complex UI systems.
- Track record of metrics-driven development (UX, engagement, performance, reliability).
- Experience owning deployment, release, and lifecycle of frontend systems tied to backend services.
- Ability to influence technical direction and align stakeholders at senior levels.
