What you will do

• Manage a software engineering team of 4-6 engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Plan and prioritize projects with colleagues across departments, breaking them into manageable tasks.
• Facilitate clear communication between your team, other engineering teams, and departments.
• Contribute to technical discussions and improve engineering processes.
• Recruit talented engineers and cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of software management engineering experience in an engineering management or team lead role, ideally at a SaaS company.
• Strong IAM domain knowledge and experience building secure, scalable identity and access control systems for cloud-based applications.
• Strong track record as a software engineer, providing technical context and weighing in on decisions.
• English: B2 required.
