What you will do

• Ideate, produce, and edit original social video for Vogue’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram).
• Create new social-first franchises, reporter-led social video, and red-carpet video capture.
• Ensure Vogue is an early innovator on emerging platforms and stays updated on social-media trends.
• Partner in programming strategy for all social accounts, focusing on engagement and audience growth.
• Manage pre-production and post-production processes, including editing, hiring crew, budgets, and creative briefs.
• Maintain awareness and provide social support for all brand initiatives and manage social platform health and analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in the digital media space as a professional and capable leader.
• Strong Adobe Premiere and Photoshop skills.
• Thorough understanding of brand goals, identity, storytelling, and business objectives.
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and news cycle, including politics and pop culture.
• Proven ability to operate, balancing long-term value with near-term business goals, and manage a heavy workload.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
