What you will do
- Support the timely execution of marketing initiatives throughout the year.
- Manage and control the marketing budget.
- Assist with planning cycles and quarterly business reviews.
- Co-lead projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and launch brand campaigns and products.
- Analyze the impact of marketing initiatives post-launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy and/or marketing.
- Experience in budget supervision and basic Google Sheets usage.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
- English and Spanish professional proficiency.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
