What you will do
- Design, plan, direct, and manage marketing strategies and Academic Services.
- Implement MI/BI areas to enhance market knowledge, positioning, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including promotion, dissemination, and segmentation.
- Develop internal and external training strategies for the Academic Services area.
- Develop communication strategies to strengthen Macmillan and Castillo brand positioning.
- Efficiently manage and control the budget for Marketing and Academic Services departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Management.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree in Marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and data management.
- Digital Marketing expertise.
- Knowledge of the publishing market and industry trends, including A.I.
- English proficiency: C1 required.
