What you will do

• Engage directly with partners, clients, and stakeholders to provide pre- & post-sales technical advisory.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience by setting expectations and resolving technical issues.
• Drive successful customer adoption of products through deep technical understanding.
• Act as an internal liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams.
• Manage customer product deployments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate market and customer requirements to Product/Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong customer focus and a proven ability to solve complex problems through cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant prior experience in mobile and/or internet advertising is preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical skills for solution engineering rollouts and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, MapReduce, Hive, Spark.
• Exposure to different databases like MySQL, Postgres.
• Experience with app development (Android, iOS), Java, .NET, Perl/Python.
