What you will do

• Provide a clear product vision and own the product roadmap for games in the IAA Studio.
• Make final decisions regarding release scope, bug fixes, and feature direction.
• Be accountable for Game Identity, Game Design Strategy, and Monetization strategy.
• Define project organizational structure, including team splits and resource allocation.
• Maintain the project P&L and work towards growth goals that support company objectives.
• Advocate consistently for innovation and lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented leaders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Game Director, Games Studio Manager, Studio Leader, or in an equivalent role.
• Proven record of managing large-scale teams.
• Experience in Casual and Casino Games, especially high DAU type games.
• A strong Product or Production background.
• Full proficiency in IAA models, up-to-date IAA games strategies, and hybrid games economies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects at once and capable of owning a P&L.
