Lead Compensation (Revenue Operations) (AdTech): Leading top-down and bottoms-up planning for Media Flow, Net Revenue, and Take Rate across products, and designing the Revenue Intelligence pyramid. Focus on building dynamic forecasting models, integrating data from Salesforce and external signals, and driving GTM process design and governance for a global P&L in the AdTech domain.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning and forecasting cycles for Media Flow, Net Revenue, and Take Rate.
  • Build and maintain dynamic forecasting models leveraging Data Cloud and Einstein AI for predictive insights.
  • Design and execute the Revenue Intelligence pyramid, delivering account-level and deal-level intelligence dashboards.
  • Build playbooks for GTM teams, including segmentation and win-loss analysis.
  • Own and optimize the lead-to-cash process mapping, ensuring clean lead capture and pipeline hygiene.
  • Drive deal desk governance to ensure pricing discipline and accelerated deal cycles.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations in AdTech, SaaS, or Media.
  • Proven success leading end-to-end revenue planning and forecasting for a global P&L.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising business models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Experience building and leading small but impactful RevOps/Analytics teams.
