What you will do

• Develop blended learning and e-learning solutions for various subjects and industries.
• Analyze learning objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Attend client meetings with senior team members.
• Apply instructional design theories and practices.
• Develop innovative ideas and create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years.
• Strong skills in Storyboard, ID Models and Principles, and ADDIE.
• Ability to visualize and design Blended Learning solutions.
• Ability to understand client requirements and collaborate with senior team members.
• Demonstrable writing ability.
• Must be based in Hyderabad, India.
