What you will do

• Own live and operationally critical product areas.
• Work directly with engineers on scoping, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Drive post-mortems and ensure system improvements.
• Test and validate changes before release.
• Balance delivery, reliability, and risk for feature output.

Requirements

• Experience owning products or systems running in production.
• Comfort working with engineers on technical tradeoffs and system behavior.
• Experience with incidents, failures, or on-call environments.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and pressure.
• Clear, pragmatic communication.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Former software engineering background.
• Experience with platforms, infrastructure, payments, or messaging.
• Experience writing or reviewing code.
