What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and campaigns.
• Design, plan, and execute high-impact internal and external events.
• Manage internal communication channels, ensuring coordinated and complementary use.
• Craft and deliver impactful content, including announcements, presentations, and press releases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Product, and HR for message alignment.

Requirements

• Solid experience in communications for public companies, ideally in the tech or financial sectors.
• Strategic thinking with the capability to create and execute integrated communications plans.
• Strong expertise in Internal Communications and event production.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Project management skills for developing and delivering different and simultaneous workstreams.
• Previous experience in crisis management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
