What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain products and features serving millions of customers.
• Own solutions end-to-end, from problem definition to scalable, high-quality coding.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate on architecture, design, and evolution of new and existing systems.
• Continuously explore and leverage AI tools and techniques to improve engineering workflows.
• Take full ownership of code, ensuring production readiness, system stability, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of backend engineering experience with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python).
• Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design.
• Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.

• Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts.
