Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/ year

What you will do

• Concept and design innovative creative for digital, print, experiential, and motion media.
• Drive visual direction for branded content, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring creative excellence.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and producers to bring ideas to life aligned with client goals.
• Develop pitch decks, mockups, and visual narratives for new business.
• Lead and support project teams, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Design and format presentations aligned with hirify.global and client brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range, innovation, and refined execution across digital, print, and experiential.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting ideas internally and externally.

• Motion or 3D experience.
