What you will do

• Manage internal IT systems, including user accounts, devices, collaboration tools, VPN, and core services.
• Automate onboarding, role changes, and off-boarding processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including SSO, roles, groups, and permissions.
• Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, transforming recurring problems into automated solutions.
• Define and enforce standards for endpoints, tools, and internal workflows.
• Support TechOps on tasks related to cloud, DevOps, and security intersecting with internal IT.

Requirements

• Strong experience in internal IT operations and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of security best practices for access, endpoints, and internal systems.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation workflows.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience using Google Workspace and Cloud Services.
• Device management/MDM expertise.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) experience.
• Experience with automation and programming languages like Bash, Python, Node.js, Go.
