What you will do

• Assist Digital Account Managers in daily campaign coordination and client communication.
• Develop media plans and KPI forecasts by gathering and analyzing campaign data.
• Execute paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, ensure data accuracy, and compile performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions.
• Support billing processes and cost tracking to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a media agency or digital environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setting in Belgrade.
