What you will do

Design and improve user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces aligned with user-centered design principles and brand standards.
Create high-quality UI elements and visual assets, contributing to an iterative design process.
Lead brainstorming sessions, prototype ideas, and validate solutions through design iterations.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives and technical requirements.
Deliver detailed design specifications, mockups, and prototypes for efficient implementation.
Incorporate feedback from usability testing, analytics, and user research into design improvements.

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design, composition, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and usability principles.
Ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional design solutions.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have

Experience with user research methods, wireframing, or usability testing.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts for smooth handoffs.
