What you will do

• Build and optimize automated decision systems for hirify.global DSP, impacting daily revenue.
• Develop highly scalable and distributed systems for audience targeting.
• Work on a global advertising platform reaching over 2 billion people.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI Commerce with inspiration-led discovery and shopping.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of development experience.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong development and coding experience in OO Programming (Java), Scala, Spark, or Python.
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Concurrency.
• Experience in Microservices Architecture, multi-threading, and performance-oriented programming.
• Proven performer and team player in a high-energy, fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the online advertising or Big Data analytics domain.
• Experience working on massively large-scale data systems.
• Experience leveraging user data for behavioral targeting and ad-relevance.
• Experience hosting and deploying applications on public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
