What you will do

• Audit current processes used by each of the Asset teams and provide documentation of recommendations.
• Connect with creative leadership to understand the scope of work and desired results.
• Develop asset strategies with a focus on production efficiency.
• Establish processes to streamline asset complexity for downstream departments.
• Ensure adherence to correct USD practices.
• Educate staff on best practices and new workflows that USD offers.

Requirements

• 4-5 years minimum of USD experience in the context of an animation pipeline.
• Experience in both Feature and Episodic content creation.
• High-level knowledge of Houdini/Solaris.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when interfacing with various departments.
• Communicating effectively with back end departments (FX/Finaling/Lighting).

Nice to have

• Experience working as an Asset or Surfacing supervisor is an advantage.
