What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple teams of multimedia designers across projects.
- Drive performance management, capability building, and succession planning.
- Own multimedia delivery for all assigned eLearning programs.
- Define and track delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Define visual design standards, templates, and best practices for eLearning products.
- Review and sign off on high-impact or complex multimedia deliverables.
Requirements
- Lead and manage multiple teams of multimedia designers across projects.
- 8 - 10 years of experience
- E-learning experience
- Problem-Solving skills
