What you will do
- Lead and deliver senior-level executive searches across Europe from end-to-end.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and deep market insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level leaders and HR partners.
- Position as an employer of choice for executive talent.
- Implement robust in-house search strategies to reduce agency dependency.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior talent to support succession planning.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of senior executive search experience (in-house or agency) across European markets.
- Deep understanding of European talent landscapes, cultural nuances, and employment regulations.
- Ability to translate business growth and brand strategies into talent solutions.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
- Credible advisor to C-Level and HR leaders, influencing critical hiring decisions.
- Fluency in English required.
