What you will do

• Manage outsourcing art projects, including bidding, planning, and client communication.
• Oversee resource, time, and quality management for the production team.
• Report risks and plan contingencies with senior guidance.
• Coordinate with art directors and team leads to enhance production efficiency.
• Support the growth and development of junior producers.
• Handle daily client and internal team communication regarding schedules, feedback, and deliveries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in the game or relevant industry.
• Proven ability to successfully drive project processes, create planning documents, and manage schedules.
• Experience handling resource planning for teams of 10-30 people.
• Ability to track and report on resource/time allocation and usage.
• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing for daily production issues and conference calls).
• Familiarity with asset management tools (Han soft/JIRA), data management/FTP tools (P4/VSS), and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good knowledge of game development and game art production pipeline.
• Experience with outsourcing project management.
