Location: Hybrid in Mumbai, India (3 days per week in the office).

What you will do
- Drive customer success and contribute to organizational and account-specific growth targets.
- Foster an innovative culture, ensuring continuous product, process, and system improvements based on customer needs.
- Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with customers to increase engagement.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Monitor service performance and manage all customer escalations.
- Engage with leaders at prospective and existing customers to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success with an emphasis on cross-sell and upsell sales motions.
- Strong understanding of financial, banking, payments, and/or financial services industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- English proficiency is essential.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) or sales enablement tools.
- Experience working with global clients (follow the sun set-up).
- Experience in using AI to streamline account management functions.
- Multilingual abilities.
