hirify.global is an international IT company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, creating and launching its own software products and services focused exclusively on Fintech and iGaming solutions.

What you will do

• Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Write code using modern development practices and participate in code reviews.
• Develop GraphQL APIs following a "Schema-first" approach.
• Communicate effectively with frontend developers and internal backend services teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Symfony.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, ORM usage, and query optimization.
• Experience with RPC/REST/GraphQL/gRPC APIs and integrating with various networks.
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and high-load systems (10M+ rows).
• Ability to conduct code reviews, plan tasks, and mentor a team.
• A willingness to communicate with the business and other departments to clarify requirements and solve problems.
• Ability to independently develop technical solutions and perform unit/functional testing.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture principles.
• Experience with Temporal.
• Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
• Experience migrating monolithic applications to microservices.
