What you will do

• Design and improve user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces aligned with user-centered principles and brand standards.
• Independently create high-quality UI elements and visual assets to support product goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative concepts, prototyping ideas, and validating solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business and technical requirements.
• Deliver detailed design specifications, mockups, and prototypes for efficient development implementation.
• Incorporate feedback from usability testing, analytics, and user research into design improvements.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design, composition, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional design solutions.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with iterative design processes and working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with user research methods, wireframing, or usability testing.
