What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • English: At least Upper Intermediate level (B2).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
